About ICS

Started on May 15, 1998, Integrated Computer Systems has not been around long, but already people are beginning to know the facts about us.  We only use High-Quality parts in our computers, while some places may claim that their parts are Top-of-the-Line,  only ICS delivers the absolute best in Brand and Performance.   Our mission, as a new custom computer company is to satisfy our customers by giving them the best deal and service on computer parts or whole systems. 

Here at ICS, we trust what we sell and back it with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and 2 year limited parts warranty.  That's (3) years total on most, if not all of the parts in your computer.  We also know what we are talking about at ICS.  If you have a question, it is most likely that you can find the answer through our technical support which comes with all computer purchases.  Whether you E-Mail your question or call us up, we will answer it.  We also prefer to answer ALL E-Mail messages on the same day.   With some big name companies it could take days if not months to get a response!

One very important part and key to our success is our prices.  We are a small business, but we are able to beat the big name companies as far as price goes.   We work rapidly and efficiently to slim labor costs and we update our prices very often so you know you are always getting the current price.  We feel that our regular prices are great, but if you check the Specials section you will find everything that we are offering at a special, lower price!  We usually have a sale on something, whether it be cable for a network card or a whole system, you can't go wrong.

We offer a variety of pre-configured systems that we feel should suit the needs of a wide spectrum of users.  Of course we realize that what we use in the computers may not be exactly what you are looking for, that is why we are a custom computer company.  You can put virtually anything you want into your computer as long as the parts work together, then contact us and we will give you a price.

Our future plans include secure online ordering, interactive forms for building your own computer, and a website hosting service.  In the coming months ICS will mold itself to fit our customer's needs.  We will continue to offer great prices and service while maintaining a professional attitude.  We hope that your next computer is an ICS computer.
